Gary Ly and Lung Ly were the owners of Houston’s famous 93 ‘Til Infinity. They wanted to open a place that was both casual and comfortable. They wanted to cook food they enjoyed and play music they liked. The restaurant will open in the Montrose area by mid-November. 93’Til takes its name from an underground hip hop song, and Ly says the vibe is laid-back and relaxed. The music is mainly hip-hop, but there are also comfort food and jazz on the menu.
